What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. "localStorage" is a related browser technology that stores small amounts of information on your device. We use the term "storage" to cover both.
Storage we use
We use a small number of necessary storage items to make the site work and to remember your choices, plus optional analytics in the future, only with your consent. Current items are listed in the table below.
Consent categories
- Necessary: always active; required for the site to function and to remember your privacy choices.
- Security: optional; off unless you allow it. Covers Google reCAPTCHA, used to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
- Analytics: optional; off unless you allow it.
- Marketing: optional; not currently used; off unless activated later and allowed by you.
Necessary storage
Includes your cookie consent choice, theme preference, accessibility preferences, language preference, and a temporary contact-form draft (if used), a visitor identifier and saved conversation if you use our AI chat assistant, and flags that remember you have dismissed the chat invitation or the exit-intent prompt.
Security
Google reCAPTCHA helps protect our contact form, feedback form and exit-intent form from spam and abuse. It is not loaded until you grant Security consent, and it only runs at the moment you submit one of those forms. If you choose not to grant Security consent, you can still reach us directly by WhatsApp or email. reCAPTCHA may use cookies or similar technologies controlled by Google. Analytics
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are used to understand how visitors use the site. None of them load until you grant Analytics consent (Google Consent Mode default denied); if you decline or later withdraw Analytics consent, they are not loaded, or are stopped and the page reloads to clear any activity already in progress.
Marketing
No marketing cookies are currently used. If introduced later, they would be loaded only after you grant marketing consent, and this policy would be updated.
How to manage your preferences
Use "Cookie Settings" in the footer at any time to Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences (turn Security, Analytics and Marketing on or off individually). Necessary storage cannot be switched off because the site relies on it.
Browser controls
You can also manage or delete cookies and stored data through your browser settings. Removing necessary items may affect how the site works and may reset your saved preferences.
Third-party providers
Some technologies are provided by third parties: Google reCAPTCHA (Security), and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (Analytics). Fonts and flag icons are served from urbanispt.com itself; no request is sent to a third party to display them.

Preferences note: The urbanis-theme, urbanis-a11y, and urbanis_language items are stored locally in your browser and are not used for advertising or analytics.
Contact draft note: The urbanis_v2_contact_draft item is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to Urbanis unless you submit the contact form.
Analytics-gated: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity related storage are used only after you grant Analytics consent. Per our Privacy Policy, Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months and Microsoft Clarity for up to 9 months; data used for session replays is generally retained for 30 days, though marked replays may be retained for up to 9 months.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and its tools change. The published version applies.
